The challenge & the solution

Hairvana needed an admin dashboard for appointments, KPIs, and subscriptions, and a more reliable backend. I led a modular React/TypeScript dashboard with reusable components (about 40% less duplicated code) and extended the Node.js/Express backend with standardized repositories and validation, cutting API runtime errors by 30%.
